Hi all. We hope you like our website. Any feed back will be most welcome and taken into consideration. Bear in mind, though, this is a freebie, so we're a bit limited with what we can do.  Cheers, The Site Developer.

Linda and team - congratulations on the site. It's very easy to navigate, the photographs are great (thanks Terry); has all the essential information required; it offers a connection point for residents; and..............it looks professional and pleasing to the eye. Thank you. Warmest, Barbara Jones (Apt 172)

Good news about the sustainability. How about changing the bylaw to allow trying laundry in the balconies? Big saving and no cost!

Hi Pia,

Thanks for your comment. You're absolutely right that drying washing naturally is better for sustainability and your energy bills. And you're not alone in wanting to use clothes racks on your balcony. We've listed this for discussion at our next EC meeting - so please join us if you want to. Also, there's an option for you to put up an amendment to the existing bylaw at the next AGM - if you feel strongly about it and think that a lot of other people would as well. (Please keep in mind that we can't simply ignore any existing bylaws as they stand, as that would water down the strength of every bylaw we have.) In the meantime, we recommend you make use of the communal drying areas around the complex.

Kind regards,
Your EC.

Hi Clinton, yes I agree that this would be a great place to sell furniture etc. Somewhere along the line, however, Weebly have reworked the blog page functionality - so I'll have find out what's going on. (Probably Monday 27.7.15, if you can wait that long). Alternatively, you might want to email your phone number to me (linda@lindaeggington.com) and we can work something out. Hope this helps. Kind regards, Linda.
